1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE
It is a term and condition of a reader accessing and reading the Tranny International Web site ("Tranny International"), which is the trading name for one of the electronic products created by Tranny International, that Tranny International provides the material published on Tranny International on the basis that it disclaims all warranties in respect of the same whether express or implied. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
2. AGE OF CONSENT
By placing and order at Tranny International, you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.
3. CONTRACT FORMATION
All orders made by you through the Tranny International Web site are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.
Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and Tranny International for the sale by Tranny International to you of any product unless and until Tranny International sends you an e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.
4. USE OF Tranny International
In connection with the use of the Tranny International Web site, in no event will Tranny International be liable:
- for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made
- for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier
- for business losses and/or losses to non consumers
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party, such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.
By having a Tranny International Profile or by using this site you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
5. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Tranny International of any unauthorised use of your password or account and any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Tranny International cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 1.
6. MEMBER CONDUCT
You acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages and other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Tranny International are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Service. Tranny International does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Tranny International be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Service.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Tranny International reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Tranny International shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
8. TERMINATION
You agree that Tranny International in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Tranny International believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of Tranny International. Tranny International may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this Tranny International may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Tranny International may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that Tranny International shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Tranny International and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders and other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Tranny International, or your violation of any rights of another.
10. EXTERNAL WEB SITES
Tranny International is not responsible for the content of external Web sites linked from Tranny International.
Tranny International reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
11. COPYRIGHT
Any material found within the pages of Tranny International, including text or images may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial use. You hereby agree not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any of the material contained in this site. In addition, the material cannot be used for any other purpose other than for your own personal and non-commercial use.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the goods and their fitness for purpose and satisfactory quality.
12. PROFILE PICTURES
The following guidelines must be followed.
- JPEG/JPG images only with a .jpg extension only.
- no files greater than 200KB can be uploaded.
- facial blur is acceptable.
- there must be NO explicit pictures as your main.
- valid file name can only include ' abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz1234567890_.[]^()' letters and numbers
- all photos must be of YOU and comply with UK and International copyright laws.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in some or all of your images being removed without warning, your profile may be removed, or legal action may be taken as appropriate.
13. PROFILE PICTURE RATINGS
When you upload a picture you must provide a rating, by default this is 'X', however, you must rate the photos and images you upload correctly.
General – images that are not of of a sexual nature or adult theme
X – images that are of a sexual nature or adult theme, but do not contain genitalia (male or female)
XXX – images that are of a sexual nature or adult theme, and do contain genitalia (male or female)
Images and photos that are rated incorrectly may result in some or all of your images being removed without warning, your profile may be removed, or legal action may be taken as appropriate.
14. JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
